An old friend.
Richard, it's been a long time old friend. I have such funny and vivid memories from when we were in middle school together. Daft stuff like when I bought your old and very knackered Nike Air trainers from you for 2 quid. That happened to be my lunch money, but oh well!
I regret losing contact with you mate, but I'm sure you had a lot more friends to grow up with and get into the odd teenage scrape with.
